This notice covers the CustomTee website, product catalogue and enquiries sent to support@customtee.co.za.

Information you share

When you submit the enquiry form, email us or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, company, product requirements and artwork shared by email. The enquiry form sends the brief to our support mailbox and attempts to email an acknowledgement to the address you supply. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, when you proceed, arrange your order.

Service providers

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. We may share relevant product and artwork details with suppliers to prepare or fulfil your confirmed order. Hosting services may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.

Catalogue photographs load from Amrod's image delivery service. When your browser requests a photograph, that service receives the connection information needed to deliver it, including your IP address. Supplier catalogue updates run on our server; browsing or selecting a product does not submit your enquiry or personal details to Amrod.

Website data

This website does not create customer accounts, accept artwork uploads or take payments. A necessary, temporary session cookie protects the enquiry form against misuse and duplicate submissions. Short-lived spam counters use a keyed hash of the connection's IP address, not a stored raw IP; these counter files are cleaned up after a day when further enquiries are processed. No enquiry body or artwork is stored in those counters. The hosting provider may separately retain technical access logs.

No analytics or advertising cookies are installed by this website. Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open an external service operated by Meta, whose own privacy terms apply; no WhatsApp widget or tracking script is embedded here. Form details are not used to subscribe you to marketing. This notice does not describe or change records retained from the previous customer-account platform.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry and order information is retained where needed for customer service, order administration and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request corrections or raise a privacy concern. You may also contact South Africa's Information Regulator.
